Event Details

 

BOOTH EQUIPMENT

Each booth will be provided with:

  • 8' High back-wall drape
  • 3' High side divider drape
  • (1) 6' Skirted table
  • (1) 7" x 44" Booth identification sign
  • (2) Folding chairs

REGISTRATION

Step 1: Complete & Email the Exhibitor Agreement

The Exhibitor Agreement will be available starting January 14 at 10AM.

Booths are secured on a first come, first serve basis with a completed Exhibitor Agreement. 2025 Business Partners receive priority registration. 

Step 2: Exhibitor Registration & Ticketing

  • Once you are assigned a booth, you will receive the Needs Assessment form to complete
    • Electricity
      • Electrical needs are final and can't be refunded once ordered.
      • Additional exhibitor needs (carpeting, shipping, etc.) can be ordered directly through Hollins Exposition Services' Exhibitor Kit: Download Exhibitor Kit
    • Register Company Representatives 
      • While some exhibitor attendees are included with your booth, additional attendee pricing will be based on your booth size and number of attendees. 
    • Sign it
    • Email it to tradeshow@triangleaptassn.org

The Booth Contest is a featured element at our trade show every year where booths partake in the show's theme. The contest selects 3 winners based on the following criteria:

  • Best Costume

  • Best Use of Theme

  • Best Overall Booth 

Winning booths will receive a discounted rate to TAA's 2026 Trade Show!

🚫 NO FOOD/BEVERAGE IN BOOTHS 🚫

Exhibitors are not permitted to provide food or beverage at their booth.

🚫 NO CHILDREN ALLOWED 🚫

As this is a business show, TAA kindly asks that children not be brought to the Trade Show.
