Exhibitors: Supplier members should download the agreement, complete it, sign it, and email it to tradeshow@triangleaptassn.org. To Exhibit, you must be a TAA member in good standing.
Booths are secured on a first come, first served basis with a completed Trade Show Booth Agreement. 2023 Business Partners receive priority registration.
Once your booth has been assigned, you will receive a form to complete that includes (1) booth needs and (2) the company employee representatives who will be attending the Trade Show and After Party.
While some exhibitor attendees are included with your booth, additional attendee pricing will be based on your booth size and number of attendees.
The After Party ticket is $50 per Exhibitor attendee and is available only to Trade Show attendees.
After You're Registered:
1. Download, complete, and return the below Exhibitor Needs Assessment Form by email to: tradeshow@triangleaptassn.org
2. If you need to rent carpeting, or additional tables and chairs, etc. through Hollins Exposition Services, download the Exhibitor Kit below. Shipping information is included.
3. Read through the Exhibitor Important Information to ensure you are prepared for the show.

Both events will include a cash/credit card bar.
Owner / Operators: There is a combination ticket for Trade Show and After Party or a Trade Show only ticket. After Party tickets are not sold separately.
Owner/Operator Grand Prize Info:
Grand Prize Drawings – Official Rules: When you register to attend, please select if you are an On-Site Office Team Member, On-Site Service Team Member or a Regional/Executive/Corporate Level Staff Member. At the show, you will receive a booth visitation card (color based on your Staff Member category). This card will need to be stamped by each of the 2023 Strategic and Premier Business Partners. Their company name and booth numbers will be provided. Once completed, submit your booth visitation card to the TAA Special Events Booth (Booth #404/406). Each card must be completed in full to be considered for the drawing. The drawings will be held at 7:50pm in the Front Lobby. Open to TAA Owner/Operator Members only. Must be present to win.
