Business writing is any written communication used in a professional setting, which includes emails, memos, reports, and presentations. It's direct, clear, and designed to be read quickly. In business, your writing counts. It's a projection of yourself (and your company) just as much as what you wear and how you conduct yourself.

Writing well and learning to communicate and articulate your message is one of the most important and powerful skills you can develop to be successful in the business world. If you often find yourself at a loss for words or lacking confidence in your communication abilities, you don't want to miss this course!

What you will walk away with:

  • The ability to share information accurately and concisely.
  • The skills to clearly communicate expectations to the reader to ensure he or she is equipped with the information required to do the job.
  • You will be equipped with the soft skills that effective managers and colleagues apply in a collaborative environment. This is where the people who excel in "emotional intelligence" shine in business writing.
