Please note! This is a one-day re-test and/or re-certification program offering instruction in swimming pool/spa maintenance and safety. Participants will need to bring a hand-held battery-operated calculator, pencil, and paper to both classes.

This course and exam are for the National CPO program. For those operating a pool in Wake County, you are required to pass the Wake County Exam after receiving your CPO certification. Study Guide, Exam, Supplies:
You will receive your CPO course study guide the first day of class. Your CPO exam will be administered at the conclusion of the course. Participants should bring a pen, or pencil, paper, and a calculator to both classes.

About Your Instructor:
Mark Peele, CAMT, is the Director of Maintenance and Construction with PRG Real Estate, a multifamily owner-operator firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PRG is a leading multifamily operating company in the United States that acquires and repositions multifamily investments across the country. Joining their team in 2014, Mark coordinates directly with the Director of Asset Management on the activity of PRG’s Maintenance and Construction Management teams and is responsible for Capital Improvements and Project Management for the entire portfolio. Mark has been affiliated with the apartment industry for over 30 years, is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), and a proctor for the CFC certification exam. In 2022, Mark earned the PHTA Instructor Award and is recognized for being one of the Top 3 Excellence in Training.
