Stephanie Coble

Stephanie Coble, CAM, Notary Public, is a Senior Multi-Site Community Manager in the Triangle market. She has previously worked for Bell Partners, First Communities, and Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors in the Charlotte and Raleigh market and has previously worked as a Leasing Consultant, Resident Experience Manager, Assistant Community Manager and Community Manager. She has over 12 years of industry experience and moved to the Raleigh area in 2016. Stephanie earned her CAM certification and Notary Public in 2018 and also was selected to be a part of the 2024 Leadership Lyceum program. She has experience in Class A, Lease-Up, Mid-Rise, Distressed and Full Property Renovation, including in-unit and full amenity renovations and add-ons. Stephanie volunteers her time with the TAA and AANC via the Government Affairs Committee, PAC Board of Trustees, and Board of Directors where she also serves on the Finance Sub-Committee and Maintenance Task Force Sub-Committee.

Stephanie attended University of North Caroline at Charlotte, as well as Paul Mitchell. In her free time Stephanie is a season ticket holder for the Caroline Hurricanes, loves spending time with her daughter, being on the water, catching as many concerts as she can and snuggling with her cat while watching a good crime documentary.
