Latoya Patterson

Latoya T. Patterson, CAPS, CAM, HCCP, is a regional property manager with Ginkgo Residential in Durham. She has been affiliated with property management for 14 years and holds a NC Real Estate Brokers License, the NAAEI Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations, and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation. She is a proud graduate of North Carolina Central University and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Latoya is a member of the Public Relations and Community Outreach Committee, Finance and Nominating Committees and the Triumph Achievement Awards Judging and Criteria Task Force.
