Franklyn Rodriguez

Franklin Rodriguez, CAPS, CAMT, is a Reginal Service Manager with Blue Ridge Companies Inc., and has worked in the apartment industry for 20 years. He earned his NAAEI Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) credential in 2010, and his NAAEI Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) credential in 2015, and is CPO and CFC certified. Franklin has been an active volunteer with TAA for 14 years and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee. In his free time, Franklin loves going to Duke football and basketball and enjoys being a member of the TAA.
