Berry Craven

Berry Craven, CAMT, is a Regional Service Manager with Ginkgo Residential, LLC covering assets in North Carolina. He specializes in acquisitions and renovations for owned and managed assets. Berry has been with his company for 19 years and active in the TAA for 15 of those 19 years. He earned his NAAEI Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) credential in 2013 through a TAA scholarship and completed the Leadership of Excellence Program in 2017. He has served on the Membership Committee for 5 years and was the co-chair of this committee in 2016 and 2017. He has helped at many fundraising events and been on task forces for TAA. Berry has a passion for the service side of our industry and works to improve the quality standards and reputation through his role as the Chair of the NAA CAMT oversite committee. There, he is committed to reviewing and revising the curriculum as well as the course handbook. In his spare time, Berry likes to spend time with family and friends and loves to hunt.
