The Task Force will begin meeting in April with a goal of completing its work by October. Goals include: (1) creating and executing a survey to the membership to assess its DEI capacity and bandwidth; and (2) providing recommendations to the TAA Board of Directors on steps to move its DEI initiative forward, which is part of TAA’s Strategic Plan.
