Raleigh’s Rental Development Program is Now Accepting Applications

The City of Raleigh’s Housing & Neighborhoods Department announces the availability of approximately $18 million in Rental Development Program funds and invites qualified developers to submit proposals for the new construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable multifamily rental housing. A mix of federal and local funds are available such as HOME, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Affordable Housing Bond funds.
