Bainbridge Lake Crabtree, a 200-unit property in Morrisville, was purchased by RK Properties from Bainbridge Companies for $46.5 million.
Springfield Apartments, a 288-unit property in Durham, was purchased by Gamma from McCann Realty Partners for $33.25 million.
The Crest at West End, a 188-unit property in Carrboro, was purchased by Eller Capital Partners from Davis Development for $19.25 million.
Trees & Leaves Apartments, a 64-unit property in Raleigh, was purchased by EH Oakwood LLC from Jerhak LLC for $4.75 million.
