The CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) Credential Program/ Version 2 curriculum is designed to enhance the skills of the on-site property management professional. The CAM Course fee includes:

• *The Property Financials for Managers seminar fee of $159, October 8, 2026, is included in your CAM course cost. You do not need to register for that course separately.
• The CAM eBook only. Students can purchase a print version at their own expense from the NAA website for $150 plus shipping fee.
